Do we need specific IP desk phones, or can we go fully softphone?

You can go completely phone-free! Many clients prefer to use laptop headsets and smartphone softphones. However, if you prefer physical desk phones, we supply and provision secure Yealink and Polycom IP phones.

What network security configurations protect VoIP channels?

We secure all VoIP endpoints using TLS/SRTP voice encryption. Additionally, our Network Security division will configure your business firewalls (VLAN segmentation, QoS packet prioritization) to isolate voice traffic, ensuring crystal-clear audio and protection against intercept risks.
